LOST TICKET REPLACEMENT
If you lose or misplace your tickets we will be happy to provide replacements. Replacement tickets will be held at the box office.
Mainstage subscription renewals will begin in January 2020. Subscribers who renew into their same series are seated first. The best way to improve your chances of a seating upgrade is to renew early and be flexible with your seating location and dates. Renewing subscribers receive priority on seating upgrades. New subscribers are seated after we seat our current subscribers.
DONATING YOUR TICKETS
If you will be unable to use or exchange your tickets, you may return them to the theatre (before your scheduled performance) as a tax-deductible donation. We will issue an email acknowledgment of your contribution equal to the value of your subscription ticket price after the show closes.
The lobby opens 60 minutes prior to each Mainstage performance, and seating begins 30 minutes before curtain time. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management in order to prevent a disruption of the performance already in progress. In most cases, if you are late you will be asked to sit in the first available seat until intermission. After intermission, latecomers can claim their ticketed seats.
Subscribers may exchange tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to availability, up to 4 hours prior to the performance time on the held ticket.
*Please note: Our box office staff are here to make your exchange easier. There is a convenience fee of $5.00 per ticket to exchange tickets by phone. If you choose a more expensive seat or date, you’ll pay the price difference between your subscription seat and the new discount subscription seat you’ve chosen. Convenience fees and upgrade differences will be charged when you make the exchange. There is no refund when exchanging into a lower-priced performance, series, or seating section.

MAIL: Mail your tickets and request to us and we’ll waive the $5/ticket exchange fee.
Exchange requests via mail must be received at least 2 weeks prior to a show date.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled performance for any reason, please be sure to exchange your tickets at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE as outlined above. Your tickets are void and cannot be exchanged once your performance has occurred. There are no refunds for missed performances
Purchasing subscriptions online does NOT allow you to select SPECIFIC SEATS. The BEST AVAILABLE seats at the time will be assigned. You may request a certain seating preference in your subscriber order form or over the phone at 719-846-4765.

How many shows can I see with my SCRT subscription?
With your subscription, you will receive a ticket to each Mainstage performance (3) in your subscription package.
When do I get my subscriber information?
After you purchase your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email with more information. You will also receive a subscriber packet in the mail, complete with a convenient magnet listing all of the season performance dates. Finally, we send subscriber-only emails throughout the season with more information on the upcoming shows and reminders to reserve your seats!
Why are you asking me to add a donation to my subscription order?
Subscribers support the Southern Colorado Repertory Theatre by purchasing tickets to our shows way in advance (before we’ve started rehearsals, or even finished casting!), and we greatly appreciate their unwavering confidence in our artistic capabilities. However, ticket and subscription sales account for only 25% of the yearly revenue needed to keep our professional theatre operating. When you add a tax-deductible donation to your subscription order, you help us bridge that income gap and ensure that we can continue our mission to create affecting, transformative, and award-winning theatre in Trinidad.
When can I reserve my seats?
Anytime. You can reserve all of your seats at once, or reserve show by show whenever you wish throughout the season. Tickets are subject to availability. Call 719-846-4765 or visit our box office in person.
Can I use multiple tickets for the same production?
Sorry, but tickets are not transferable between productions. If you’d like to reserve additional tickets, your subscription includes a Friend of Subscriber discount of $3-10 off all additional tickets!
Is SCRT’s seating general admission?
No. SCRT is operating as a reserved seating house for the 2019 season.
What if I can’t make any performances to a production but still want to subscribe?
One of the best aspects of a SCRT subscription is the flexibility. If you’re not certain you will be available for a show, we offer $5 exchanges within each event to our subscribers! You can also gift your tickets to a friend or family member—just reserve the tickets yourself or have them do it and they can pick up tickets under your name, no questions asked. And while SCRT is not able to issue a refund, you can convert tickets you aren’t using into a tax-deductible donation. Just choose the option that works best for you.
